You can join Stewart Lee and be part of a spooky variety night this Saturday.

Is there is a more unusual show happening this week? This Saturday night sees the launch of a series of community events with a twist: the venue is not a converted toilet or a wine bar but a graveyard somewhere in the East End.

Guests are invited to an immersive promenade around the graveyard with pop up performances curated by Martin Soan, followed by comedy from Stewart Lee and shadow puppetry from the award winning Matthew Robins in one of London’s “Magnificent Seven” Victorian cemeteries.

And there’s more. Nigel of Bermondsey will be on hand to supply music and stories, The British Humanist Choir will be singing and Boris & Sergey’s Henry Maynard will be there with his puppets in tow.

Warm clothes, a torch and an umbrella (if it looks like rain) are advised. Blankets will be available on the night as will hot toddies, tea, cake and hot spiced cider from the WI.

For one lucky person, we have a pair of tickets to give away. To get your hands on them, you can enter the competition in one of three ways.
