With comic blunders from starters to dessert, the international touring show inspired by the popular BBC series turns the supper club formula on its head.

Like being in an episode of the show: Faulty Towers immerses the audience in splendid interactive comedy

Basil and Sybil Fawlty may not know the first thing about fine dining, but they’re unarguably great at entertaining their guests. Inspired by the nearly homonymous television series by the BBC (who has not licensed the use of the official title), Faulty Towers: the Dining Experience has toured 22 countries with an admirable recreation of the famous sitcom. In lieu of showgirls, aerialists and spotlights, Torquay’s most notorious hoteliers shower each other – and the audience – with farcical abuse and delightfully inappropriate tomfoolery.

We’re helping to celebrating the show’s first year at the four-star Charing Cross Hotel with a special giveaway. One lucky person will be treated to a three-course 1970s-style meal and a 2-hour interactive show where, as it only one-third scripted, anything could happen. Brush up on the quotes, learn a little Spanish and prepare to be offended in the name of entertainment. And, whatever you do, don’t mention the war.

The tickets are for one pair of tickets to see Faulty Towers The Dining Experience on any date  up to 21 Dec 2013 subject to availability.
