Panto is probably too cabaret for the likes of Gary Barlow but it doesn’t stop the Royal Vauxhall Tavern pulling out the stops every year to put on its own seasonal production. The latest show, Comatose Beauty, was written by TIC columnist Myra Dubois and stars herself, Alp Haydar with his “mother” Sharia Law, Holestar, Mzz Kimberley and Lorraine Bowen.
