I have been Lucha Britannia’s main photographer for over two years, capturing the violent hilarity that is Mexican wrestling to the absolute extremes. This bizarre cabaret is a freakshow of fighting, comedy, horror, action, costumes and fetish. The unpredictability really has no bounds.
I like nothing better that popping on my pink shirt, combing my crafted moustache, brushing back the rabbit ears and shooting until all the action stops – or I collapse. For me, being kicked, punched and slapped along the way is all part of the Lucha fun.
