Next Monday, London HoopFest takes over the Mile End Art Pavilion, with hoopers from all over the capital and the UK coming together for a week of hoop related fun.

With classes geared towards everyone, from beginner to the more intense hoopers, the week offers a wide variety of workshops.

Special guests include Tracy Chin, Nick Broyd, Silvia Pavone and Craig Reid, and class subjects range from basic stretch exercises right through to specialist circus hooping and a ‘build your own routine’ workshop.
