This Sunday (19 July), renowned cabaret photographer Sin Bozkurt is shooting the cover for the 2016 All Nude Cabaret Charity Calendar and they are looking for volunteers who want to swap clothing for a bucket of good karma.

Created by Double R Club producer Rose Thorne, this is her third charity calendar. To date the project has donated £8,000 to Cancer Research and Macmillan.

Following on from last year’s cover shoot, this one again aims to bring together as many of the cabaret community as possible whether performer, producer, tech crew, costumiers and stage teams.

If one of those sounds like you, join Sin and Rose at Bethnal Green Working Mens Club at 1pm this Sunday.

A donation of £5 is asked from all participants, which will be donated to the charities. Fizzy wine will be provided to help tackle any unsteady nerves.

For members of the public and those who would prefer to keep their clothes on, join Rose Thorne and her husband and co-producer Benjamin Louche on July 29th at Fontaines for the Cabaret Cavalcades. The show will raise money for the cancer charities mentioned above and will feature (amongst others) EastEnd Cabaret and Josephine Shaker. Tickets and more information can be sought here.

Too busy for both events? Both Cancer Research and Macmillan Nurses accept donations online.
