House of Blue have just moved to the city and they’re throwing a wild cabaret party.
Yay and forsooth, this is verily the era of sophisticated debauchery with kinky ways to frolic every which way you look. The capital is not running short on places for one to dip one’s toe – or, indeed, one’s entire body – into all manner of erotic soirees. Kinky Salon London is renowned for its fun themes and sex-positive approach, Sparkle Hard is all footloose and fancy-free, fetishista favourite Torture Garden is widening its appeal and Skirt Club is all about the ladies.
Next Saturday (28 March), House of Blue, one of the most experienced party-throwers around, brings their Carnal Cabaret event to a secret venue and will be packing it with an eye-opening array of vaudeville talent. The outfit are well known for the sheer scale of their gatherings: they used to operate from a Surrey mansion before upping sticks last year and moving to the bright lights of central London. This will only be their third London outing since moving hence making it the ideal opportunity for those allergic to the Home Counties to sample what they have been missing.
At the helm will be the witty, lewd and London Cabaret Award-shortlisted host Joe Morose. He’ll be introducing the likes of latex-loving Amy Statik, seen last month at RubberCult and new medical fetish night Psycho Ward, who will be performing her Molten Gold routine. and the devilishly dexterous Sasha Flexy, one of the finest poledancers around. And what’s a cabaret night without burlesque? Bambi Blue and Helena Rosa will be on hand to raise the room temperature with their refined stripping. Keeping the beats flowing into the small hours will be the responsibility of .
Whichever you want to enjoy the night, there’s plenty to do. You can grab a stylish selfie in the photo booth or boogie on down with DJs Jamie Moon, Heleness and G-Minor playing into the small hours. Those who want to take it further can check out the large private play area with hosts plus a dedicated dungeon and its own dominatrix.
Tickets for the event on 28 March are £120 per couple or £50 per single girl and can be purchased online with the password “Berlin”. Booking fees apply.
